Drawing on his strong leadership, building construction and project management skills, Jim has unique expertise in building science - specifically PERSIST building envelope assemblies, and extensive experience in contract administration spanning over three decades. He leads Ensight+’s contract administration activities, manage our internal quality assurance/quality control processes, oversee permitting process on projects on behalf of our team - dealing with authorities having jurisdiction, and as well, lead Ensight+’s compliance with applicable land use bylaws, building codes and other regulatory standards.

His unique expertise in building science (particularly PERSIST building envelope assemblies) and his knowledge of best-practices, construction procurement methodologies, and contract document requirements makes him an asset to our team. Jim is a productive team member who works well in a collaborative team environment – consistently ensuring the team adheres to codes and standards and establishing priorities and working to budgets and schedules.
